  • PCC Information
    1. PCC is mandatory requirement for some insurance companies and its clearly mentioned in vehicle remarks that PCC is mandatory for this vehicle, Winner buyer needs to provide Valid PCC certificate within two days of such winnings, if PCC has not been provided earlier.
    2. Winning would be NULL & void if buyer failed to provide PCC within 2 days of winning.
    3. If insurance company approve such winnings and buyer failed to provide PCC, it will be consider as back-out and as per back- out policy buyers ID would be deactivated followed by forfeiture.
  • Buyer has to honor the Bid made in auction. If Approved, Lifting needs to be done within 3 Days, excluding the lockdown days if any. However, this TAT of 3 days may vary, on a case to case basis, depending upon the request of the insurance company and shall be binding upon the buyer for such cases. For such exceptional cases CarVyapaar will clearly communicate to the winning buyer at the time of sharing the approval
  • Fees Will Be Based On Percentage of the Final Salvage Value as Per Below Slab and Minimum Fees Will Be Rs. 1000.

  • Auction Is Post-Approval. Your Quote Shall Be Valid For A Minimum Of 30 Days From The Auction End Date in with Papers cases and 60 days in without Papers (Scrap) cases.
  • Once the Quote Is Approved, Buyer needs to deposit CD service fee within 1 Business Day of CD sharing the approval with him/her.
  • CarVyapaar will Provide DD Title/Insured Details Only after Receiving the CD Service Fee.
  • Buyer Has To Deposit Complete Approved Amount To Financer/Insured/CarVyapaar. No Amount shall be withheld by said Buyer on any account
  • If The Winning Buyer Falls to Submit Full Service Fee in 1 Business Day, CarVyapaar Reserves the Right to Offer the Deal to another Buyer with our without intimating him about the same.
  • It Is Mandatory For The Buyer To Get The Ownership Changed Within 3 Months From The Date Of Lifting And He Needs To Provide The Repaired/Under-repair Photos And Vehicle Location On Every 15 Days To CD Team And Failing which Will Lead To Deactivation Of His ID/Cancellation Of RC/transfer of ownership at buyer name For The Said Vehicle.
  • Buyer Has To Deposit NOC/CD Fee/Security/Advance/Any Payment Related To Auction Only Via NEFT/Online Mode. (Any Cash Deposited Will Not Be Refunded under Any Circumstances)

Note: Please Physically Inspect To Be Sure Of The Extent of Damage To The Vehicle Before Putting Your Bid As No Request For Amount Revision At The Time Of Lifting Of The Vehicle Will Be Entertained.

Bajaj T&C:-
  • In this bucket, Quotes given by the PCC buyer would be accepted. Please ensure to submit your valid PCC before the auction closing, if not submitted till now. If the winning buyer fails to submit valid PCC, his winning quote will not be considered for approval
  • The winner buyer will prepare the DD from his Bank account post approval. No DD shall be accepted from third party such as Financer, other person bank account.
  • Only DD is the only mode of payment from buyer bank account (Name mentioned in the Sale agreement)

Dear Partner,

As entire world is suffering from corona pandemic and the Government is taking required measures and even changing very frequently. As of now lock-down is declared in multiple District States across India, so lockdown days would not be considered as working days for lifting.

Buyer have to accept the approvals coming in Lockdown and Lifting needs to be done within 3 Days, excluding the lockdown days.

Lockdown will be considered according to location of vehicle, not according to location of buyer, so please bid in other location vehicles accordingly.

If buyer fail to lift "approved vehicle" within above timeline, it will be considered as back-out.

For DL Registered Without RC/paper vehicle After lifting of the scrap It will be Buyer's responsibility to arrange an RC surrender/ Scrap letter from the Delhi Transport Department/RTO.

Buyer has to honor the Bid made in auction. If Approved, Lifting needs to be done within 3 Days. Buyer will get only RC Photocopy copy at the time of lifting.

All original docs such as (RC, TTO set, Owners KYC shall be handed-over at the time of Ownership transfer (Post receiving photos of repaired vehicle and End purchaser details along with his KYC) will be provided by CarVyapaar/Insurance company as and when buyer will share photos of repaired vehicle and details of end user.

It Is Mandatory For The Buyer To Get The Ownership Changed Within 3 Months From The Date Of Lifting And He Needs To Provide The Repaired/Under-repair Photos And Vehicle Location On Every 15 Days To CD Team And Failing which Will Lead To Security Deposit Forfeiture/Deactivation Of ID and Cancellation Of RC/Ownership Change At Buyer Name For The Said Vehicle.

Buyer have to give notarized affidavit/sale agreement on Rs 500/- stamp paper in each case for with RC and for without RC vehicle scrap letter which is prepared Rs.100 Stamp paper with notarization
